Körbersee
The Körbersee in Vorarlberg is a breathtaking alpine lake in the Lech Valley Alps. The lake’s crystal-clear water is surrounded by lush green forests and towering mountains, making it one of the most beautiful spots in Austria. The Körbersee lies at an altitude of 1,654 metres above sea level and is fed by the snowmelt from the surrounding peaks.
The calm turquoise waters of the lake are the perfect place to relax and unwind amidst the beauty of nature. Visitors can take a leisurely stroll around the lake or hike through the nearby forest paths to enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
The Körbersee region offers an idyllic setting for nature lovers and adventure-seekers alike.
The clear Formarinsee
The lake lies at an altitude of 1,793 metres.
Another fascinating highlight is the Formarinsee in the Lechquellengebrige in Vorarlberg. The crystal-clear water of Lake Formarin at an altitude of 1,793 metres reflects emerald green and captures the beauty of the area. It is probably the most beautiful place in the mountains in Austria.
From Warth, you can reach Lake Forman via an easy mountain path or you can cycle to the lake.

One of the top attractions in Warth at Arlberg is hiking. The area has more than 350 kilometres of well-marked hiking trails to suit hikers of all levels. From easy strolls across picturesque alpine meadows to challenging hikes up rugged peaks, there is something for everyone here.
For those who prefer cycling to hiking, there are also many mountain bike trails with varying degrees of difficulty.
Another popular activity in Warth at Arlberg is swimming in one of the many crystal-clear lakes or public swimming pools in the area.
The Arlberg offers a wide range of activities from hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, canyoning, golfing or even a leisurely convertible tour through the beautiful mountain landscape.
Steffisalp-Express in summer
The 4-seater chairlift “Steffisalp-Express” is 50 metres from our lodge and takes you directly to the Arlberg hiking area and the most beautiful mountain world in Austria.
